I have a 2011 lexus es 350 same issue with only drivers door working with fob or door mechanism.
We did that but everytime we try to lock or unlock with the alarm the locks wont do anything.
If this happens the problem is with the remote.

I followed the suggestion to lower all four window and keep the switches pressed down.
Do not start the car.

I did this once for about a minute and walla it worked.
All four doors lock unlock with both the fob and the drivers door switch.
If the lock isn t getting power hold the lock switch either up or down and then open and close the door repeatedly to see if the lock will work.
After entering the car do not close the driver s door just leave it open.
